Seriously…is any Singaporean NOT attracted to the word “Free!”, at all? And especially amongst the younger generation like us. You know how it gets! Money, food, booze…endless list! Then there are some of us who never fail to exceed the limits on our phone plans.Don’t even get me started on the talk time on my phone.But now Singtel has designed this insane plan, called the Singtel Mobile Youth Plans for youths like us. Admittedly, I was wowed at the fact that they threw in so many “Free this” and “Free that”s in the entire package. How do they benefit if we seem to get all the plus points?!My problem on talktime every month, is solved. Thank heavens. Singtel has Free Campus Calls for students, and it’s spread all around JCs, Polys, ITEs and Unis! As long as YOU call out from these institutions to any local residential or mobile number, its totally free of charge. And come on…all of us spent so much time in school. Whether its me calling Kit to go home together or anything else…it’s all gonna be free!!!! You have no idea how small little calls asking who is where on campus can accumulate up to. And its IMPOSSIBLE not to keep using your phone to either call or text someone else on campus to find their exact whereabouts because poly campuses are huge! Wasting precious seconds with each pick up and dial. I’d definitely take in free calls willingly.Oh and not to mention free caller ID for a whole year?! I have to payfor that thing in my plan man. So that’s freebie number 2.Next up is also another huge plus point, freebie number 3! FREE UNLIMITED SMS to any service provider.
