im gona do at least 30mins of exercise everyday!to improve my cardiovascular and blood circulation in my body.
im gona do skipping from 5mins to 20mins gradually..
its possible!
putting that into action for my subconscious mind to take in.
exercise everyday! exercise everyday exercise everyday!
take it one at a time.
cut down carbo and take in more proteins. drink 8glasses of water gradually to remove toxins in my body.
i want to be healthy like vanessa smith.( my pe elective module teacher) :)
