The working stage of llife

We all go through different stages of our lives. And apparently, mine is the adult working stage of life. Its definitely not easy coping with it at first but im sure i can get the hang of it soon, its just a matter of time isnt it? When we were younger, we play, we have fun, we feel carefree and we do not have to fret about much things for our parents can take care of things for us isnt it? Sometimes when you cant make choices and you do not know your directions in life, parents gona come into the picture and direct you to your path..
And whats my directed path?
Nursing..
( a very stressful job for a person like me, disorganised,straight-forward,sensitive person) imma a ENTF/ENTJ
i had a horrendous beginning til i met friends, teaching nurses along the way to alighten my thoughts. it is definitely very helpful. This job is going to be very challenging for me. But since im in it, i have to take it. What i really worry about is that will i stay on after 2 years? Based on myself, im sure i'll stay when i get the hang of it. But i want to move off from nursing. Nursing indeed do teach me alot, patience especially.
And being about to do things at the right time, right place and right person. There is so much to learn in nursing. SO MUCH! And one thing for sure that ive learnt is this "AS NURSES, WE MUST ASK!" i think its the nurses duty to open mouth and ASK! becuz we are dealing with patient's life and definitely do not want to risk patient's life.
After the 3 months probation, we RNs will face bigger, greater challenges ahead of us, which is responsibilities of our patient's life. i feel that i will grow stronger each day! it teaches me to be firm as well, which is something that i lack. im too soft and people do take advantage of me.
And one thing for sure, nursing do make me stupid. even more! i must tell myself that i am going to switch job to something else, office job maybe? But im beginning to like shift jobs tho. the best part of shift work is you do not have to fight with other working adults for food, shopping? movies? hah.
I jus want to earn more and lead a well-to do life. Gee! im only 21 and im talking like a old adult. gee!
May all nurses be happy and work smart too!
