Hello blog and everyone!
here i am in JEJU-korea, met alot of korea ladies, school girls, school boys and of cuz, many korean old ladies too. these ladies are damn independent. They are the ones that woman, support the kids and family while their husband just play, eat, and drink. -.- that was in the past tho. haha! But until today, these ladies or i shld say many ladies here are very independent. =) Now i love korea.. haha! and the ladies are damn beautiful. and of cuz, the main most impt of all is the FOOD. kimchi, seaweed, ikan bilis EVERYDAY. man. i must slim down. which are you babes?

1- Miss Sweet
Miss Sweet is a woman who's positive, content with her life, always upbeat -- and just a blast to be around. She's a genuine person without a bitch bone in her body. She's always truly happy to see you and you find yourself looking forward to spending time with her. Miss Sweets are usually snapped up out of the dating market right away, so they're pretty rare. But if you can find one, you've got a real treasure on your hands.

2- Miss Equality
This type of woman is a true feminist -- not one of the radical man-haters, or the hypocritical pseudo-feminists who think that equality means "I demand equal rights and an equal salary, but a man still has to pay for me." The Miss Equalitys of the world genuinely like men, and understand that equality means equality across the board, from holding the door open to fighting on the front lines. They believe that a relationship should be a 50/50 partnership, and are more than willing to shoulder their half of the responsibilities and dating expenses -- just because it's the right thing to do.

3- Miss Sexual
You should be so lucky to encounter one of these! Miss Sexual loves men and loves sex -- and makes no bones about it. She's not selling it, she's not using it as a tool to manipulate men -- she just naturally craves it. Miss Sexual is not to be confused with a nymphomaniac, who suffers from psychological problems -- rather, she has somehow bypassed the female societal training of auctioning off the use of her body (emphasis mine) to the highest bidder. For this reason, most other women hate her, because she's giving it away free of charge. But men love her because she's a free spirit who's actually honest about her sex drive. Very rare, but worth searching the ends of the earth for.

4- Miss Best Friend
Closely aligned with Miss Sweet, Miss Best Friend is another joy to be around. She's the kind of woman you're totally in sync with -- you like the same things, watch the same TV shows, enjoy going to the same places. You can spend five minutes with her and think you've known her for years. She's always on your side, laughs at all your jokes, and calls you just to say "hi" because she genuinely misses you.
She's great just to hang with. A word of warning, though -- with Miss Best Friend, you have to make your sexual interest known from day one because if she gets it into her head that you are going to be just friends it's almost impossible to change her mind.

5- Miss Straightforward
This is the type of woman who knows how to communicate. With Miss Straightforward, there are no games, no expecting men to be mind readers, no behavior based on ridiculous, female-biased advice from articles in Cosmo or The Rules . Miss Straightforward will pick up the phone and ask you out. She will do what she says she will do -- not say one thing and do just the opposite. Although she may be blunt at times, at least you'll know where you stand and you'll never have to spend hours trying to decode contradictory messages..

6- Miss Independent
This is a good woman to find if you don't have a lot of time to invest in a relationship or you're the type of guy who needs a lot of space. Miss Independent has a real life of her own and is happily going in her own positive direction. She's the type who wants a man in her life, but doesn't need a man in her life. And she certainly isn't looking for men to solve all her problems or blame when things don't go her way.
(i think ms independent suits me more) 8)

7- Miss Loyal
Miss Loyal will never cheat on you or constantly be on the lookout for a "better deal." When you go out, she won't be scanning the room for other guys, but will keep her attention focused on you, the man in her life. She's also more apt to stick around if times get tough.
8- Miss No Pressure
While many women are chomping at the bit to get married, Miss No Pressure hasn't fallen prey to any such agenda. She's happy just to be with you. So you don't get any, "Where is our relationship going?", or hint-dropping about the future, or window-shopping at the jewelry store. She may want to get married at some point, but she's in no hurry -- she thinks that if it happens, it will just happen naturally.

9- Miss Secure
Miss Secure accepts herself as she is and is comfortable with her good points, as well as her bad. And she feels the same about you. Miss Secure doesn't need constant attention to shore up a sagging ego, has tons of self-esteem, and is always going in her own positive direction.

10- Miss Personality
Miss Personality is a great find. She might not be up for first prize in a beauty contest (although she could be), but her intelligence, wit and sparkling presence just light up the room, and she draws people like a magnet. Her personality is so charming that it easily overcomes any deficiencies she might have in the looks department, just because she's so great to be with.

11- Miss Low Maintenance
The rarest of the rare, Miss Low Maintenance is the most atypical of modern women. She really doesn't care about how much money you have -- she just likes you for yourself and not for what she can take from you. She's likely to be a true feminist, and will gladly pay her share of the dating expenses. If you can find a Miss Low Maintenance, hang on to her for dear life!

12- Miss Right For You
A lot of guys choose women who are "arm candy" – good looking trophy girlfriends who bolster their status among other men or counteract their own insecurities. That's all well and good, but if you find a woman who makes you happy, regardless of looks, age or social status -- or what any other guy thinks -- then you have definitely won at the mating game.
Christine' s concluding remarks: So guys, don't give up yet. She could be just in front of your nose. She could be the woman in the next cubicle who brings you coffee at your workstation with just the right amount of sugar and cream and hangs around waiting to be noticed; or the cashier at the bank who smiles every time you walk in; or may be she is the woman you refer to as the "bossy bitch' - you know- the one who is Vice President at your Corporation. She could be anyone.
1.Every choice carries a consequence, i have the power to choose.
2.Winners are cmmitted to participate 100% in whatever they do.
3.Do it now! there is no tomorrow.
4.Do your best the first time. every time.
5.Disciplined action brings future rewards.
6.Past does not equal future. my future depends on what i do today.
"Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else woud understand if you fell apart, that's true strength."

humbleness

Keep in mind that being humble has many benefits. Humility can help you be more content with your life, and it can also help you endure bad times and improve your relationships with others. It's also essential to being an effective learner. If you think you know it all, you won't be open-minded enough to seek out new knowledge. Humility is also, somewhat counter-intuitively, an excellent tool for self-development in general. After all, if you feel superior, you have no incentive to improve. Most of all, being humble allows you to be honest with yourself.
Seek trusted and wise counsel and obtain accountability partners if you find this to be a weakness in your life. Pride comes before the fall and prevention is definately better than cure.

[edit] Warnings
Pretending to be humble isn't the same as being humble, and often people who pretend to be humble do it in order to seek out praise. Other people will recognize this, and even if you fool some, you won't derive the same benefits as you would through actually developing humility.
Similarly, don't confuse being humble with being sycophantic (being overly-praiseful of someone for your own profit). This is a common misconception, but the two attitudes are completely different.
Now that you know that humility wins, don't use it as a manipulation tactic. Many people pretend to be humble, but are in fact not. There are many 'wolves in sheep's clothing' out there. Use discernment with all people.

How to Lose 20 lbs. of Fat in 30 Days… Without Doing Any Exercise 1,670 Comments
Written by Tim Ferriss Topics: Physical Performance, The 4-Hour Body
It is possible to lose 20 lbs. of bodyfat in 30 days by optimizing any of three factors: exercise, diet, or drug/supplement regimen. I’ve seen the elite implementation of all three in working with professional athletes. In this post, we’ll explore a variation of the “slow carb” diet as used by Dean Karnazes, an ultramarathoner famed for completing 50 marathons on 50 consecutive days in 50 different states. The most impressive part of this, for me, is that he did so, not with the typical anemic marathoner build, but with a well-muscled mesomorph body.
In the last six weeks, I have cut from about 180 lbs. to 165 lbs., while adding about 10 lbs. of muscle, which means I’ve lost about 25 lbs. of fat. This is the only diet besides the rather extreme Cyclical Ketogenic Diet (CKD) that has produced veins across my abdomen, which is the last place I lose fat (damn you, Scandinavian genetics). Here are the four simple rules I followed…
Rule #1: Avoid “white” carbohydrates
Avoid any carbohydrate that is — or can be — white. The following foods are thus prohibited, except for within 1.5 hours of finishing a resistance-training workout of at least 20 minutes in length: bread, rice, cereal, potatoes, pasta, and fried food with breading. If you avoid eating anything white, you’ll be safe.
Rule #2: Eat the same few meals over and over again
The most successful dieters, regardless of whether their goal is muscle gain or fat loss, eat the same few meals over and over again. Mix and match, costructing each meal with one from each of the three following groups:
Proteins:Egg whites with one whole egg for flavorChicken breast or thighGrass-fed organic beefPork
Legumes:LentilsBlack beansPinto beans
Vegetables:SpinachAsparagusPeasMixed vegetables
Eat as much as you like of the above food items. Just remember: keep it simple. Pick three or four meals and repeat them. Almost all restaurants can give you a salad or vegetables in place of french fries or potatoes. Surprisingly, I have found Mexican food, swapping out rice for vegetables, to be one of the cuisines most conducive to the “slow carb” diet.
Most people who go on “low” carbohydrate diets complain of low energy and quit, not because such diets can’t work, but because they consume insufficient calories. A 1/2 cup of rice is 300 calories, whereas a 1/2 cup of spinach is 15 calories! Vegetables are not calorically dense, so it is critical that you add legumes for caloric load.
Some athletes eat 6-8x per day to break up caloric load and avoid fat gain. I think this is ridiculously inconvenient. I eat 4x per day:
10am - breakfast1pm - lunch5pm - smaller second lunch7:30-9pm - sports training10pm - dinner12am - glass of wine and Discovery Channel before bed
Here are some of my meals that recur again and again:
Scrambled Eggology pourable egg whites with one whole egg, black beans, and microwaved mixed vegetablesGrass-fed organic beef, pinto beans, mixed vegetables, and extra guacamole (Mexican restaurant)Grass-fed organic beef (from Trader Joe’s), lentils, and mixed vegetablesPost-workout pizza with extra chicken, cilantro, pineapple, garlic, sundried tomotoes, bell peppers, and red onions
Rule #3: Don’t drink calories
Drink massive quantities of water and as much unsweetened iced tea, tea, diet sodas, coffee (without white cream), or other no-calorie/low-calorie beverages as you like. Do not drink milk, normal soft drinks, or fruit juice. I’m a wine fanatic and have at least one glass of wine each evening, which I believe actually aids sports recovery and fat-loss. Recent research into resveratrol supports this.
Rule #4: Take one day off per week
I recommend Saturdays as your “Dieters Gone Wild” day. I am allowed to eat whatever I want on Saturdays, and I go out of my way to eat ice cream, Snickers, Take 5, and all of my other vices in excess. I make myself a little sick and don’t want to look at any of it for the rest of the week. Paradoxically, dramatically spiking caloric intake in this way once per week increases fat loss by ensuring that your metabolic rate (thyroid function, etc.) doesn’t downregulate from extended caloric restriction. That’s right: eating pure crap can help you lose fat. Welcome to Utopia.

sports is all about passion, joy, frustration, anger and pain

alritey! guess wad folks, our club joined the BBCC's netball tournament and we managed to get 1st runner-up! really glad and that is something which all of us should be happy about. now i finally understand what is teamspirit and get the feel of team sport. its all about support, love, care, chemistry, this team really feels like a family. even if you did something wrong, u do get scolded but scolded becuz they care and if u tried ur best, feeling like hell, they're jus der to support and tell you its all fine. =) im really glad that i made my choice to stay on with this team, its going to have a new beginning and slowly growing. And our captain have grown alot more wiser and nicer now. she can really connect with us and feel for us. which i think for this silver medal that we won, its all thanks to her and of cuz all of the players who played too. plus point for our coach, cik siti as well. i just love her wen she scolds and wen she dun, she's always der to listen us out. i think she's the best coach and best "mum" around us.=) our captain has made me learn some life experiences, that is why i just love SPORTS! it makes you grow and learn more. this team mates of mine are a keeper. they dun play politics and dun judge people, which it taught me how. i guess i've always have high expectations and expect it to work to that, which i think its unfair to these people. So from now on, dun judge people. anyway i love the team spirit, that is the most impt thing which it shld come first priority on the list. with this, everything can be overcome! =) ANW WE ALL DID WELL FOR THE TOURNAMENT! GOOD JOB BABEEESSS!!!
